At Thuburbo Majus, olive trees take root in clay soil, under a Mediterranean light that has crossed centuries. Among ancient stones and returning seasons, the land keeps its own rhythm. CARTAEA begins there.
THE SYMBOL
TANIT.GUARDIAN OF THE EARTH.
An ancient symbol linked to protection, fertility, and the land, Tanit stands at the heart of every CARTAEA bottle. Not as ornament, but as a reminder: nothing is created without first receiving from the earth.

CARTAEA was born from a desire to give Tunisian olive oil a form worthy of its origin. We did not look elsewhere for a language to borrow. We looked to the land, to its restraint, its strength, and its quiet beauty.
Every detail follows the same intention: an oil defined by character, a bottle conceived as an object, and a house that lets origin speak before anything else.
